- Studio - 35 square meters ( 115 square feet )
- One Bedroom Apartment - 50 square meters ( 164 square feet )
- Two Bedroom Apartment - 85 square meters ( 280 square feet )
- What is the size of the swimming pool and depth?
- It is 20 meters (65 feet) long and 10 meters (32 feet) wide. Its depth varies from 4 feet (1.2 meters) to 9 feet (2.7 meters). It is open from 7:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
- Do you serve breakfast?
- The coffee shop and breakfast lounge both serve breakfast a la carte.
- What are the bed sizes?
- We have twin, double and queen size beds.
- Do you allow visitors in the room?
- Visitors are allowed in the room as long as they abide by the hotel rules and regulations. A fee of 728 pesos (per person) will be charged to visitors staying for a night.
- How many occupants are allowed in the room?
- Two occupants for the studio rooms and one bedroom apartments and four occupants for the two bedroom apartments.
- Do you allow pets?
- Pets are not allowed.
- What is the area and capacity of the function room?
- It measures 100 square meters and has a maximum capacity of 70 persons.
- How many floors do you have?
- We have nine floors.
- Do you have a mini bar in the room?
- There is no minibar but drinks can be ordered thru room service.
- Do you have Internet access in the hotel?
- Wired Internet access is provided in all rooms and wireless access is available at the lobby and swimming pool.
- Do you have safety box in the room?
- Not all rooms have a safety box yet but we provide safety boxes at the business center free of charge.
- Are you fully air conditioned?
- The bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
- Do you charge for transfer in and transfer out?
- Yes, the rate for a one way transfer is 800 pesos.
- Are my friends allowed to use the swimming pool and fitness center?
- For the convenience of our guests, only registered guests are allowed to use our facilities.
- Do you provide microwave oven?
- Microwave ovens are provided upon request and subject to availability. Toaster ovens are provided in one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.
- Are you near the shopping malls and the airport?
- We are only a 5-minute walk from Robinson's Place shopping mall. The international and domestic airports are a 20 minute ride from the hotel.
- What is your check in and check out time?
- Check in time is 2:00 p.m. while check out time is 12:00 noon.
- Do you charge for children?
- Children aged 10 years old and under stay free of charge. Maximum of two children are allowed per bedroom.
